About Registration Fees
What does the camp registration fee include?
Camp package fees includes 4 Days 3 Nights accommodation and food (3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, and 2 dinners) as well as the use of hotel conference facilities (ballrooms, breakout rooms) during the duration of the camp.
Any financial assistance for camp fees?
There is a subsidy of SG$30 per person for SEED youths, young adult students, Full-Time National Serviceman, and retired seniors above 65 years old.

If further assistance is needed or if you would like to provide financial sponsorships to help other church members, please submit a request here.
Can i pay via cash or cheque instead?
As camp registration is online, campers will need to register via this site and pay via PayNow to confirm a booking.
For anyone who needs help with online registration, do head to the the physical registration booth at church (EB1) on Sunday 8 and 15 February 2026 (post gatherings only).
Can I book my own accommodation and just attend the camp programme and pay for meals?
Sorry, that is not an option!
The church camp price package includes 4Days3Nights accommodation, meals as well as the use of the hotel conference facilities.
We will not be able to admit anyone who does not comply to this!
What if I need to cancel my booking due to emergencies? Do I get a full refund?
Full refund is only applicable if the booking is cancelled before the cancellation date on 4 April 11:59PM.
Please write in to bachurchcamp@bcba.com.sg and state your full name (as per passport) and Order ID/Booking Number and we will activate the refund.
Are all meals provided during the Camp?
The Camp registration package includes 3 breakfasts and 3 lunches from 4 to 7 June, and 2 dinners on 4 and 6 June. There will be no dinner during the free and easy time on 5 June.
Can I still join if I can't make it for the entire duration of the camp?
We hope that everyone will be able to commit to the full duration of the church camp to experience fully the joys of church family life. However, we understand if you are unable to attend the full programme due to certain exigencies. In these cases, we welcome you to join us as best as you can. We seek your understanding that the registration fee will remain at the full price.
What are the bed sizes for the different room types?
Single Room - King sized bed (200cmx210cm)
Double Room - King sized bed (200cmx210cm)
Twin Room - 2x Super-single bed (120cmx210cm)
Family Room - King sized bed (200cmx210cm) + 1 single roll-away extra bed. (95cmx195cm)
Note:
- For the King-sized bed, it can fit 2 adults and 2 children below 6 years old.
- For the Family room with an Extra bed, it is advisable for a child 6 years and above.
When is the cancellation period?
We will close registration on 29 March and will place the cancellation period to be on 4 April 11:59PM.
Registration Process
I need help to register!
No worries! Just come to the physical booth (located at the Carpark) on Sunday 8 and 15 February and our registration team will assist you. Bring along your passport and banking app for payment.
Can I register first even if my passport has less than six (6) months of validity?
While we would encourage you to renew your passport before registering, you may still proceed to register using your old passport number. However, do note it is your responsibility to update the church with your new passport details using this form.
Can I make special requests in the room booking?
For special room requests (such as requests for baby cots, connecting rooms etc.), please fill in the checkbox at the point of checkout so that we can work with the hotel to see what is possible.
Please note that the requests are subject to availability upon check-in at the hotel.
The hotel will not be able to entertain on-site requests on the day of arrival.
Where do I apply the promo code?
If you are eligible for subsidies, you can apply the promo code at the checkout page.
I would like to sign up for a double or twin sharing room, but don't have roommates yet. What should I do?
No worries! The Camp Committee will help to link you up with other campers who are also looking for roommates. (Room sharing is strictly restricted to male-only or female-only rooms).
Before registering for a room, please fill in this form to request for a roommate and wait to be informed on your room sharing arrangements. Thereafter, together with your roommate(s), you can proceed to register for the camp via this website.
Can I extend my stay at the hotel before or after the camp?
Campers are responsible for their own pre-camp or post-camp extension arrangements. We seek your understanding that the church is unable to facilitate this.
Instead, you may contact eva@leisuredreams.com.my and state you're a camper with BCBA and share your requests. Do note that any requests for extension have to be done by 4 Apr.
Please include the following information in your correspondence with them.
- Full Name(s)
- Extra Dates of Stay
- Passport Number(s)
- Mobile Phone
- Any extra requests i.e. extra bed, cot, etc...
Any extra payment will be made directly to the agent.
Do note that there will be no guarantee of retaining your room should you make personal arrangements directly with the hotel.
Can I take the coach transport one-way (e.g. church-hotel only) ?
You may indicate whether you require two-way or one-way transport (either direction) while registering.
Two-way transport will be charged at $65 per pax, while one-way transport will be charged at $40 per pax.
What are the timings and pick-up/drop-off locations for the two-way coach transport?
Church to Hotel: The coaches will depart from Bukit Arang Church on Thursday, 4 June 2026 starting at 7am.
Drop-off will be at the hotel lobby.
Hotel to Church: The coaches will depart the hotel on Sunday, 7 June 2026 at 1pm. The drop-off is at Bukit Arang Church.
There will be a stop for lunch on the way to the hotel, but no stops on the way back to Singapore.
Do I need to book coach transport tickets for my toddler or infant? Are there child rates?
Yes, coach transport registration is required for every passenger who will be on board the coach. This includes young children, toddlers, and infants even if they don't physically occupy a seat. This is a fixed rate with no child specific rates.
Do note that no bassinets will be provided for infants and they will have to be carried by you throughout the trip.
How do I know which coach I will be boarding?
After registration has closed, campers who have registered for the coach transport will be allocated to the coaches. All related information (such as reporting time) will be provided in due time.
Is there free parking at the hotel?
For all in-house guests, parking is complimentary. Proceed to the concierge counter with your debit/credit card or Touch'n'Go card once you have your room number. Please note that lots are based on what's available on-site.
Is there free Wi-Fi at the hotel?
Yes there is complimentary Wi-Fi provided at the hotel.
What is the check in and check out timing?
Check in time is 4pm. Check out is 12noon.
